To get you through the aftermath of an unfortunate event, Centennial PA supports you financially in your recovery with the following benefits:

Accidental Death
We will pay the Capital Sum Insured for death due to an accident.

Permanent Disablement
We will pay in accordance with the percentage as specified in the Schedule of Benefits up to the Capital Sum Insured should an accident occur that causes permanent disability.

Medical Expenses
In the event of injury, medical treatment is inevitable. Centennial PA reimburses up to the amount insured for the actual, necessary and reasonable medical, clinical and surgical treatments incurred including sinseh and/or traditional medical treatments up to a maximum of RM50 per visit and RM500 maximum resulting from an accident.

In addition, your Centennial PA covers medical expenses resulting from Malaria, Dengue fever, Japanese Encephalitis, Yellow Fever, Scarlet Fever or Coxsackie, plus ambulance fees and medical report fees (if required by 0AC).

VALUE-ADDED BENEFITS

In all Centennial PA policy plans, we go the extra mile and enhance your protection by offering these compassionate benefits:

Bereavement Allowance
In the event of accidental death or death resulting from Malaria, Dengue fever, Japanese Encephalitis, Yellow Fever, Scarlet Fever or Coxsackie, we will pay a lump sum bereavement allowance of RM3,000.

Repatriation Expenses
We will reimburse up to RM3,000 for repatriation expenses of the Insured's mortal remains back to his/her home country in the event of accidental death while the insured is travelling outside his/her home country.

Rehabilitation Allowance
In the event rehabilitation is recommended by a medical practitioner as a result of an accident for your convalescence from the injury, we will pay a lump sum payment of RM3,000.

Renewal Bonus
The Capital Sum Insured will be increased by 10% at each renewal up to a maximum of 100% of the original Capital Sum Insured, provided no Permanent Disablement claims have been made during each year of insurance.

ELIGIBILITY

• Eligibility age is from 18 years to 65 years old.
• The plan is renewable up to 100 years old.
