Full time student studying in registered school in Malaysia aged from 4 years to 18 years old.

How To Apply
Complete and submit the application form together with annual premium under the selected Plan to the school teacher. The insurance will take effect from the date shown on our official receipt which will be sent to the school.

Statement:
Pursuant to Section 149(4) of the Insurance Act 1996 - You are to disclose in this proposal form fully and faithfully, all the facts which you know or ought to know, otherwise the policy issued may be invalidated.
